St. Barnabas Now Reaches Parishioners Far & Near With Live Streaming Of Services

Did you know that the St. Barnabas Holy Eucharist Rite II 10am service is live streamed and reaches 40 people on average each week? Some view it live, others view it later. All have the flexibility to worship with us when they are homebound or out of town via our You Tube channel on the internet (locate the link via our web page, or directly at St Barnabas You Tube. Not sure what all this Live Streaming stuff really is and want to learn more? Just ask Mother Meredith or Dana Hess.

Seeking Volunteers for Vestry and an Update on Nominating Committee

The Vestry Class of 2020 will be elected at the Annual Meeting on May 7th.  If you feel called and would like to serve on the Vestry, please contact the office, Mother Meredith or a member of the Nominating Committee.  Per the church by-laws, the Nominating Committee is comprised of the outgoing Vestry Class of 2017 (Dwight Baglin, Lois Graham, Dana Hess, and Steve Wolf) plus a Member at Large (Wayne Pugh) and Mother Meredith.

Annual Meeting and Voting List

The Parish Annual General Meeting is set for May 7th immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service.  A draft of the Voting List has been prepared and is on display both in Barnabas Hall, on the Administrative Office door, and in the Church, near the information rack in the narthex.  Please review the list and get in touch with the office, if needed.

Outreach Activity: E.S.C.A.P.E. Lunches

E.S.C.A.P.E. Lunches will be packed at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13th in Barnabas Hall and will be delivered to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15th.  Please see Helene with any questions and/or to volunteer.

Youth Group Snow Tubing Event – February 17th

The Youth Group is set to enjoy a fun-filled evening of snow tubing on Friday, February 17th, from 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. at Whitetail Resort.
